Requirements
Matric plus NQF level 6/ National Diploma in Management Services/ Operations Management/ Industrial Phycology or relevant qualification with 1-2 years’ experience in the field of Organizational Development in the Public Service. Competencies: Knowledge and understanding of Organizational Development systems, procedures, processes and practices applicable in the Public Service. Knowledge and application of PERSAL system. Change Management Skills, post establishment Administration Skills, job Profiling Skills, job Evaluation Skills, HR Plan, analytical skills, report writing skills, consultation skills, communication skills, Project Management Skills, People Management Skills and Inter-Personal Skills. A valid driver’s licence
 
Duties
Coordination of Job Profiling functions: capture functions for newly created and redefined posts, communicate re-profiled posts to incumbents, archive and maintain records on all job profiles and provide Job profiles for advertising, performance contracting, Job evaluation of posts and generic queries on posts. Coordination of Job Evaluation Functions: complete and submit Pre-Interview Questionnaires for evaluation of identified posts, follow up on the implementation of Job Evaluation mandates, prepare and submit motivation for implementation of Job Evaluation results and monitor Job Evaluation results on Persal system. Coordination of Organizational Structure and Establishment Functions: prepare and submit motivation for implementation of proposed amendments, submit mandates on establishment changes for implementation on PERSAL, monitor and communicate the implementation establishment mandates to programme managers. Coordination of Change Management Projects: prepare for change management awareness sessions, conduct Change Management awareness sessions and Change Management support to users.
