Do you have a Matric plus NQF Level 6/Three year qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent?
Do you have Three years management experience and two years functional experience?
Do you have Knowledge of the following Legislations: Public Service Act, Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulation, Public Service Regulations, Resolution of PSCBC, Performance management and Development processes, prescripts and systems, Financial Management?
Do you have the following competencies: Performance Management, Monitoring and evaluation, Problem solving, Strategic planning and management, Facilitation, Computer literacy, Communication (written and verbal) , Presentation, Interpersonal, Planning and organizing?
